What is “PreHab Plus” at True North Therapy Services?

Our flagship program is called PreHab Plus ™. Prior to your surgery, a licensed physical therapist will perform a In-Home Assessment and deliver a customized plan to help you prepare for surgery, tailored to your doctor’s guidelines and protocols.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

A doctors referral is not required. If you have a PT referral, please let us know so we can communicate your effort to your physician.

Do you take insurance?

True North Therapy Services does not direct bill insurance companies. We accept check or credit card for our services.
